Former Bahlsen factory premises in a central district of Hanover. The listed building, built in 1911, was converted into an office building in 1993: high potential for value appreciation through revitalization and repositioning

Concept

Comprehensive revitalization and repositioning measures:

  1. Restructuring of the retail space in the arcade with a new strong anchor tenant
  2. Creation of new rentable space
