As COO of Accom, Michael is responsible for the operational implementation of concepts and business plans. The graduate economist and real estate economist (ebs) has over 30 years of experience in the field of project development, asset and portfolio management, and fund management. As a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and certified mediator (EUCON), he contributes extensive expertise.
As CIO, Stephanie leads the financial aspects of projects and is responsible for investments and joint ventures for the company. She draws on her extensive experience in legal and financial management to make informed decisions and ensure the success of the company's investments.
Hubertus and his team are responsible for the treasury and accounting of the entire Accom Group. He also uses his many years of professional experience to implement the financial conditions agreed with banks and investors in the properties.
As the point of contact for sellers, investors and brokers, Constanze Kovač is responsible for identifying suitable properties, developing the concept idea and coordinating further examination.
With his technical team of architects and engineers, Thomas evaluates potential real estate projects, draws up the technical concepts for them and manages the construction and conversion work.
Florian and his team analyze the economic conditions and develop business plans that meet market requirements based on the findings of the due diligence. To this end, financing concepts are developed and coordinated with investors.

Matthias Epping and his property management team take over all operations-related processes to ensure that Accom's properties are managed optimally.
Claus Angerer is responsible for market analyses at the property locations and establishes contact with buyers, tenants and brokers. He is their point of contact for contract design.
